• หาลูกค้าประกันกลุ่มที่เป็นลูกค้า New Account และช่วยดูแลกลุ่มลูกค้าเดิมให้ต่ออายุกับบริษัท
• สร้างและบริหารการขายทั้งของตนเองและสนับสนุนทีมเพื่อให้บรรลุตามยอดขายที่ได้รับ ตลอดจนออกตลาดเพื่อค้นหาและสร้างฐานลูกค้าใหม่
• ให้คำปรึกษาและนำความต้องการของลูกค้ามาออกแบบและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ประกันกลุ่มสำหรับพนักงานได้ตรงความต้องการหรือโจทย์ที่ได้รับ
• ให้บริการหลังการขายและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าด้วยการสนับสนุนข้อมูล แนะนำเกี่ยวกับประกันชีวิตและสุขภาพกลุ่ม
• ทำงานร่วมกับบริษัทพันธมิตรต่างๆ (บริษัทประกันภัย) รวมถึงหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อค้นหาหรือพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ ตลอดจนขั้นตอนวิธีการต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประกันกลุ่ม
• จัดทำเอกสารสนับสนุนการขาย ตลอดจนรายงานสรุปการขายรายสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
• อัพเดทการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลจาก คปภ.

Senior Marketing Officer 

• วางแผนและดำเนินกลยุทธ์การตลาดทั้งออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ เพื่อเพิ่มยอดขายและการรับรู้ของแบรนด์  

• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล Social Media (Meta, TikTok) Website, Line OA  หรือ Content Trend  

• เพื่อควบคุมคุณภาพคอนเทนต์ให้ตรงตามกลุ่มเป้าหมาย  

• ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ เพื่อขับเคลื่อนแคมเปญการตลาดให้สำเร็จตามเป้าหมาย  

• วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการตลาดและพฤติกรรมลูกค้า นำมาปรับใช้เพื่อพัฒนากลยุทธ์  

• มีความเข้าใจใน Data / Paid Ads (Meta, TikTok), CRM   

• จัดทำโครงการ โปรโมชั่น และแคมเปญพิเศษเพื่อกระตุ้นยอดขาย  

คุณสมบัติ  

• อายุ 28-35 ปี  

• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตลาดหรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปี   

• หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจประกันภัย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ  

• คิดเป็นระบบ แต่มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์สูง และกล้าลองอะไรใหม่ๆ  

• มีไหวพริบดี แก้ไขปัญหาสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้  

• มีทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงานเป็นทีม  

• ชอบความท้าทาย ไม่กลัวตัวเลข  

• มีความรับผิดชอบตรงต่อเวลา (สามารถเข้าทำงานในวันแคมเปญสำคัญๆได้ เวลาทำงานแบบยืดหยุ่น)

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's corporate sales targets. This includes setting sales goals, forecasting sales revenues.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential corporate clients. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives or key account managers. Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Managing Individual Sale Target and Team Target to achieve as set.
• Monitor sales activities, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Lead sales presentations and negotiations with corporate clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and contracts that highlight the value proposition of the company's products or services.

Qualifications

• Direct Experience as Corporate Sale Manager (Any Business) or Direct Experience as Corporate Insurance Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent understanding of market dynamics in Group Life and Non-Life Insurance.
